<3>Buildings</3>

Buildings can be constructed in provinces via the build menu. The available buildings depend on the type of the province, with some buildings only available in urban provinces and others only in rural provinces.

Buildings unlock unit construction, improve province morale and resource production and they can even have an effect on units inside the province. After they are constructed, they can be upgraded to higher levels to increase their effect. Use the info-button in the build menu to open the building details popup, which provides exact values and effects for each building level. The following list provides a general overview over all existing buildings and their functionality.
